Evening in the city

After experiencing 3 crazy days of 43-45 degree heat, miracle happened around 5pm on the 3rd day. Temperature actually started to drop to about 33 deg and subsequently 26 deg..!! We are so glad to be able to walk normally outside!! such a simple thing that we just take for granted on a daily basis.

for the first time since the heatwave, we could enjoy the city as it should be :D

sunsetting - believe it or not, during the heatwave days, temperature is still around 35 deg at nite! that's madness. The air still feel hot even after the sun goes down. So disgustingly annoying.

Cool breeze and by the way, the train and trams are free on this day. ho ho.. Reason is because the transport system went haywire for the past 2 days due to the heat. Tracks are bent due to the high heat and lots of trains were disrupted and cancelled.. :S
